Refresco Beverages US Inc seeks a Director Engineering to lead plant engineering across our high-volume beverage manufacturing operations. This role oversees equipment reliability, maintenance strategies, and capital projects to support safe, efficient production. You will drive continuous improvement, lead engineering and maintenance teams, and partner closely with operations, quality, and safety. The Director will manage budgets, vendors, and major installations while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for all plant engineering and maintenance functions in a high-volume beverage manufacturing environment. Develop and execute capital improvement plans to increase capacity, reliability, and safety. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and problem-solving tools to optimize uptime and efficiency. Ensure equipment reliability through effective maintenance strategies, standards, and preventive programs. Collaborate with operations, quality, and safety teams to meet production, regulatory, and customer requirements. Manage engineering budgets, vendor relationships, and major equipment installations or upgrades. Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations and company standards.
