Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Concrete Plant Manager to lead our concrete production operations with energy and precision. Duties Lead the daily operations of the concrete plant, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely. Manage production scheduling using ERP systems such as SAP and MRP modules to coordinate raw materials, equipment, and personnel. Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance process efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Oversee quality control procedures to ensure concrete meets industry standards and customer specifications. Utilize Excel data analysis and supply chain analytics to monitor key performance indicators, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and engineering to optimize supply chain management and plant operations. Lead team development initiatives by providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and skilled workforce. Experience Proven experience in production management within manufacturing or concrete plant environments. Strong familiarity with manufacturing management systems such as

SAP, ERP

platforms, and production management software. Demonstrated expertise in process improvement techniques like lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and lean management strategies. Skilled in production planning, scheduling, and supply chain management to ensure timely delivery of products. Excellent team leadership abilities with a track record of managing diverse teams in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Knowledge of quality control standards specific to concrete production is highly desirable. Prior experience with assembly processes and operations management will be advantageous.
