The expected annual salary range for this role is $176249.97 - $258499.96 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What you'll do:
  • Manage both operational leadership team and functional staff including Quality, Finance, Continuous Improvement, Environmental Health & Safety, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Engineering and Maintenance.
  • Act with analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to drive Key Performance Indicators.
  • Emphasize utilization of Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing tools (Kaizen, VSM, 5S+) to lead cost improvement analysis and implement actionable, measurable plans.
  • Champion a workplace focused on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) to drive a zero-incident safety culture.
  • Foster a Quality culture of early detection and escalations across the site to reduce cost, drive efficiency and ensure compliance.
  • Partner with Human Resources to drive a talent management, learning, communication, and development strategies.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of manager of people experience.
  • This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship on a continual and on-going basis. Preferred Qualifications
  • Aerospace indusrty experience.
  • Engineering or Master's degree.
  • Previous plant management experience.
  • Previous union site experience.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Process Variation Reduction (Six Sigma) concepts and tool sets as they relate to materials management.
  • Understanding of manufacturing technologies and processes
  • Knowledge of financial concepts and techniques utilized to establish value propositions of operational changes:
  • Ability to direct and lead cross-functional process improvement teams.
  • Working knowledge of Program Management tools such as ProLaunch.
  • Knowledge of materials planning systems (MRP/ERP) requirements and order generation process logic.
  • Understanding of Supply Chain Management operational concepts (production planning, scheduling, purchasing, supplier selection, inventory control, logistics, stockroom operations, and shipping/receiving) We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
