This role is responsible for the entire production floor and maintenance team. You will have direct impact on our operations. Engage, inspire and motivate our manufacturing team. This role is open as either a full-time hire or contract assignment. About this Job Lead day-to-day plant operations while improving production, uptime, quality, safety, and overall performance. Work closely with process and maintenance teams and be willing to step in hands-on to troubleshoot machines, molds, auxiliary equipment, and molding conditions. Set priorities for maintenance, repair and capital needs based on production impact and long-term reliability. Lead production, maintenance, quality, and support teams with a focus on safety, scrap, throughput, and accountability. Build strong operating discipline across shifts and develop a plant team that can sustain improvements. Serve as the key link between the plant and ownership/investors, clearly communicating priorities, progress, and the business case for improvements. The Qualifications 10+ years proven Plant Manager or senior operations leadership experience in plastics manufacturing, including successfully improving or stabilizing plant performance. Deep hands-on injection molding expertise plus strong blow molding knowledge; able to troubleshoot machines, molds, and processes. Strong maintenance, tooling, and processing knowledge; comfortable working with existing equipment and prioritizing practical improvements. Must work onsite in Durant, Mississippi and communicate effectively with senior leadership and investors. Technical depth and demonstrated results matter most.
