Job Overview We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Production Manager to lead our production operations. Candidates will be directly responsible for managing floor operations, employees, quality control, and machine operations. Ensuring that production targets are met safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong leadership skill, self motivated, and ability to multi-task. Computer literacy - solid general computer skills with the ability to easily learn production software and digital flows. This is Not a desk job. This is hands on team production. Helping in the products manufacturing where and when needed. Because we are a small company your daily tasks will adapt to what production requires that day. Duties Lead and manage manufacturing teams on the warehouse floor, promoting safety, and operational excellence. This includes operations of UV printing, laser etching, and packaging machines. Documentation of a minimum of 3 years of direct supervising manufacturing and/or production environment. Proficiency in Photoshop and a strong understanding of professional image file formats is a major asset for this job. Must be able to lift 50lbs. to load and unload boxes off of pallets. Vendor communications and ordering. Overseeing Employees hiring, firing, training, work schedules, work quality, and attendance. Qualifications Must reside within the Belgrade Montana commuting area. $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
