We Pack Logistics Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Benefits The Packaging Manager will be a hands-on, self-motivated individual with an ability to lead the contract packaging and repack function while prioritizing safety, quality, continuous improvement, and labor cost management. The Packaging Manager is responsible for the financial and operational performance of the packaging function for the location of focus. This individual will not be satisfied with just meeting daily objectives, they will constantly be looking to make improvements within the operation. They will oversee the labor, machine performance, and supporting material movements to ensure production deliverables meets the planned targets and customer's quality and specification needs.STARTING PAYRATE
$90,000 - $110,000 based on experience and educationPRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday Depending on demand, in some instances, extended work hours may be neededWhat You'll Do:
Manages the daily execution of packaging work at locations of responsibility to ensure the highest level of customer service Ensures the packaging function executes work efficiently and profitabily while partnering closely together to meet all customer needs Oversees the planning function and personnel for the packaging operation Supports Production Supervisor in appropriately managing staffing levels by working with internal and external staffing partners to ensure customer and operational timeline commitments are met while hitting financial targets Effective collaborates and partner with the warehousing side of the operation to guarantee a seamless, single service for the customerWhat We're Looking For:
