Challenge:
Position Responsibilities Responsible for plant operations activities at an individual plant site, with the following functions: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing company policies, standards, and procedures and complying with all legal and regulatory requirements. Lead the achievement of a zero-injury workplace by ensuring safe work conditions for team members and compliance with all state and federal regulations on environmental, health and safety issues. Responsible for all aspects of operations and achieving key performance measurements related to personnel safety, quality and food safety, service, and cost, while continually improving process reliability and performance. Develop and execute programs for the plant site to increase productivity through continuous improvement initiatives Responsible for Plant financial P&L performance, directs, manages, and monitors the overall plant operations with general responsibilities for production, engineering, distribution, and other production-related activities. Analyze manufacturing variances of ingredient- materials
- and labor usage and works with management team to implement strategies to reduce them.

Know:
Preferred Qualifications- 5•7 years' plant management experience in a CPG manufacturing environment.
