Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on, transformational Plant Manager to lead a fast-paced manufacturing operation and drive operational excellence across safety, quality, security, and production performance. This role partners closely with cross-functional leadership to improve processes, strengthen culture, and implement scalable operational solutions aligned with business goals. This is a full time position in Durham, NC, offering competitive salary and benefits. There are no sponsorships or third party arrangements for this opportunity.
