Organization Gas Services Business Unit Distributed Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Manager / Team Leader A Snapshot of Your Day As Head of Additive Manufacturing at Siemens Energy's facility in Winston-Salem, NC, you will lead one of the fastest growing and most advanced manufacturing operations in the United States, delivering innovative components that support the future of energy. With full responsibility for business performance, you will lead multidisciplinary teams across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EHS while driving growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with global stakeholders, you will play a critical role in qualifying and scaling additive manufacturing technologies into stable, high-quality serial production. This is a highly visible leadership role that combines strategic business leadership with hands-on operational management, helping shape the future of additive manufacturing within Siemens Energy. How You'll Make an Impact Lead the overall performance of the Siemens Energy Additive Manufacturing business in the United States, with full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and profitability. Drive the qualification, industrialization, and scaling of additive manufacturing technologies into stable, repeatable serial production environments. Develop and execute growth strategies that expand additive manufacturing capabilities, customer base, and commercial opportunities. Foster a high-performance culture focused on safety, innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and Siemens Energy stakeholders to strengthen business performance and support future opportunities. Champion operational excellence through Lean manufacturing, quality leadership, risk management, and continuous process improvement. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related discipline. 10+ years of professional experience, including proven leadership experience with full operational and financial (P&L) responsibility within a manufacturing environment. Experience within advanced manufacturing, aerospace, gas turbines, power generation, or another highly regulated industry. Demonstrated success scaling new technologies, products, or manufacturing processes into industrial production environments. Strong financial, commercial, and operational acumen, with experience managing complex business performance metrics. Proven ability to develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Candidates with experience can be considered for a higher level or vice versa. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. About the Team Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
