Currently seeking an experienced Production Manager for a Salisbury-based automotive manufacturer specializing in high-performance driveshafts, CV axles, and custom drivetrain components for street and racing applications. The Production Manager will lead high-mix/low-volume (HMLV) manufacturing operations, overseeing assembly, shipping, scheduling, inventory, and production across multiple departments. This hands-on leader will lead safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement while developing teams, optimizing workflows, increasing productivity, reducing backlog, and eliminating operational inefficiencies in a fast-paced environment.
