$75,000 - $85,000 The McKenny Group is conducting a search for an experienced CNC Manufacturing Manager to lead the operational and financial performance of an established Omaha-area machine shop. What You'll Do Lead supervisors, machinists, programmers, and operators. Manage production schedules, workflow, staffing, and machine capacity. Own departmental P&L performance, budgets, labor costs, material costs, tooling expenses, and inventory control. Monitor productivity, cycle times, downtime, scrap, rework, work-in-process, and labor efficiency. Ensure accurate inventory, work-order, labor, material, and production reporting. Maintain compliance with safety, quality, ISO, and operating requirements. Drive measurable improvements in quality, utilization, cost, and profitability. What We're Looking For Significant CNC machining and manufacturing experience. Previous leadership experience in a CNC or machine-shop environment. Experience managing budgets, P&L performance, labor, materials, inventory, and operating costs. Strong knowledge of CNC mills, lathes, tooling, setups, and programming principles. Experience with ERP, MES, scheduling, inventory, or shop-floor reporting systems. Strong leadership, financial judgment, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
