Key Responsibilities:
M ust have experience scaling internal manufacturing for a medical device Experience leading the automation of heavily manual manufacturing environment Develop and execute the manufacturing, supply chain, and channel distribution strategy. Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team contributing to company-wide strategic decisions. Oversee the scale-up of internal manufacturing for new product launches, ensuring cost, quality, and timeline targets are met. Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with medical device regulatory standards (e.g., FDA
QSR, ISO 13485
