Job Description Lead all day-to-day plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable performance across the facility Develop and execute the site's Annual Operating Plan to meet customer requirements and business objectives Provide direct leadership for production, maintenance, quality, warehousing, product development, and materials planning functions Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, cost performance, and operational efficiency Manage plant resources and operating costs while maintaining high service levels and product quality standards Develop, coach, and mentor employees to maximize engagement and performance Partner with sales, marketing, product development, and customers to support business growth and customer satisfaction Serve as the site's Process Technology leader, ensuring long-term operational capability and technical expertise Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
