Job Description Own overall site performance, including safety, quality, production, maintenance, warehousing, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and execute annual operating plans that align operational performance with customer demand and business objectives. Lead, coach, and develop site personnel while fostering accountability, engagement, and professional growth. Champion a world-class safety culture and ensure compliance with all environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Partner with commercial, product management, R D, and customer teams to support growth initiatives and operational success. Drive process technology excellence and build long-term manufacturing capabilities that support future business needs. Monitor costs, optimize operational efficiency, and identify opportunities for productivity improvements across the site. Provide visible leadership on the manufacturing floor and maintain a hands-on approach to plant operations. The Successful Applicant Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience leading Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs and initiatives. Prior experience within chemical manufacturing or related process manufacturing operations. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities. Proven ability to manage multiple operational functions while driving continuous improvement. Experience ensuring compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards. Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific discipline preferred. SAP experience is advantageous. Knowledge of process safety management and chemical handling practices is highly desirable. Experience within pigments, specialty chemicals, coatings, plastics, or similar industries is a plus.
