Job Description

Job Summary Seeking a dynamic and strategic Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of plant performance, production efficiency, high-quality production output, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, embody a safety-first environment, and promote a culture of teamwork and innovation. This position offers the opportunity to shape manufacturing processes, optimize supply chain management, and implement lean manufacturing principles to achieve outstanding results. Duties Lead and manage all plant operations, including production management, quality control, maintenance, and safety compliance. Develop and execute production schedules Implement continuous improvement strategies Oversee supply chain analytics and management to ensure seamless procurement, inventory control, and logistics coordination. Utilize data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel for production data tracking, reporting, and decision-making support. Foster cross-functional communication among departments such as maintenance, quality assurance, supply chain, and assembly teams to optimize workflow. Mentoring managers and supervisors to promote a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing management or plant management roles Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, production scheduling, lean manufacturing principles, and process improvement methodologies Proficiency in Microsoft Excel data analysis for reporting trends, identifying bottlenecks, and supporting strategic decisions. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams across functions while fostering a collaborative environment. Excellent communication skills Knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations within manufacturing settings. Basic knowledge of manufacturing or extrusion processing a big plus Basic knowledge of Spanish a plus This role offers an exciting chance influence operational success.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
