Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to safety standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will inspire teams to meet quality, efficiency, and safety goals while maintaining a vibrant, proactive work environment. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all aspects of production processes, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of manufacturing targets Enforce strict safety standards in production areas, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with safety protocols Monitor manufacturing operations for adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements Supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to foster a high-performance team Oversee equipment maintenance schedules, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and implement preventative maintenance plans Manage material flow, inventory levels, and ensure proper handling of heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently Continuously evaluate production methods for efficiency improvements and waste reduction initiatives Experience Proven experience in manufacturing management or a similar leadership role within a production environment Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery and understand technical specifications Familiarity with safety standards in production settings, including GMP compliance and PPE protocols Experience managing teams in fast-paced environments with a focus on safety and quality assurance Knowledge of heavy lifting techniques, equipment operation, and ergonomic practices is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate across departments Join us to lead innovative manufacturing processes that prioritize safety, quality, and efficiency. Pay:
$69,897.53 - $84,177.67 per year
