Positions Available:
Production Manager Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, direct and run oversee day to day operations of our production department including batching, formed jerky production, and air dried cooking. The manager is responsible for achieving output goals, while adhering to product quality and food safety. Oversee a team of 3 supervisors, and aprox 20 employees across three departments. Train and develop staff through proven leadership. Develop, implement, and enforce company policies. Understand and adhere to production schedule. Oversee inventory management of raw ingredients including on-hand accuracy, location accuracy, and following first-in-first-out strategy. Enforce plant safety, food safety, GMP, SQF, and company policies.
Requirements:
5+ years experience as a production manager is required. Strong team building, decision making, and people management skills required Ability to create accountability and lead by example required. Strong computer competency required (inventory management software, production software) Prior experience with OSHA preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
