Description Everlasting Valve Company (EV) is a U.S.-based manufacturer of severe-service industrial valves with more than a century of experience solving demanding flow-control applications. EV is known for its unique rotating-disc valve technology, serving customers across boiler, power generation, cement, refining, chemical, mining, steel, and other heavy industrial markets. EV manufactures engineered industrial valves for abrasive solids, slurries, high temperatures, high cycling, and other challenging process conditions. The Manufacturing Manager oversees all plant production, inventory, logistics, and quality management systems. This hands-on role is responsible for planning and directing manufacturing activities to maximize profit, product quality, and safety. 2015 Quality Management System (QMS). Key Responsibilities

    Production & Delivery:

    Achieve production schedules, backlog commitments, and on-time delivery.

      People Leadership:

      Lead, develop, and hold supervisors and employees accountable for performance.

        Safety & Compliance:

        Maintain a safe, compliant, and well-organized facility.

          Quality & Improvement:

          Drive quality, Lean, 5S, root-cause corrective action, and waste reduction.

            Productivity & Cost:

            Improve labor efficiency, throughput, equipment utilization, scrap, overtime, and manufacturing cost.

              Planning & Capacity:

              Align labor, materials, equipment, inventory, and capacity with demand.

                Maintenance & Reliability:

                Support preventive maintenance, equipment uptime, and capital improvements.

                  Engineering & Projects:

                  Partner with Engineering on ETO projects, manufacturability, tooling, routings, and process improvements.

                    Customer Support:

                    Support expedited orders, FATs, audits, quality issues, and major customer projects.

                      KPI & Cross-Functional Leadership:

                      Manage plant KPIs and coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Planning, and Finance. Key Requirements

                      • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
                      • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing environments with increasing responsibility and proven leadership roles.
                      • Software Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office, material planning and quality management tools. Education Level Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Experience Level More than 9 years Benefits
