Job Description
DAC Worldwide is seeking a Production Manager to lead and optimize our 11-person team of Fabrication and Assembly Technicians in Swedesboro, NJ. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on driving efficiency, building strong teams, and manufacturing high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do:
Hire, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing production team. Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities. Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand. Act as a technical resource for product production. Ensure safe, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing processes. Streamline operations and improve efficiency through process improvement. Coordinate with purchasing and engineering departments to ensure timely and cost-effective material flow.What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience. 5+ years of Fabrication and Assembly leadership experience. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, drawings, and technologies:- CNC/manual machining, welding, assembly, and finishing.
- Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Experience with modern manufacturing methods such as Lean Manufacturing,
- Six Sigma, Quality, and/or ISO.
