We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our growing company. This role combines technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities. As a key member of our team you will lead departmental managers and work closely with all company groups including purchasing, shipping/receiving, and engineering. Work very closely with senior management in setting and meeting company goals.

Responsibilities:

• Promote a positive culture and working environment.
• Create and enforce systems, standards and procedures to maintain efficiency in all areas of production.
• Keep the production efficiently and adequately staffed at all time.
• Monitor production areas and employees to assure all safety & production policies are followed.
• Collaborates with other managers and supervisors to coordinate activities between departments.
• Collects and evaluates production data to maintain efficiencies.
• Regularly inspects and evaluates products and materials.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, guidelines, and safety related issues.
• Supervises the hiring and training of all production employees.

Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. Creating systems, standards, and procedures for shop floor operation / training. Pay is based on experience
