Job Description

Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager for our Gigafactory in Buffalo, New York to contribute to the design and development of new automation equipment and assembly lines. The Technical Program Manager will work to manage technical projects from kickoff to closeout along with several Manufacturing Engineering peers. Throughout this process, the candidate is responsible for identifying risks to the project and for driving solutions. The candidate will manage internal and external stakeholders by acting as the point of contact between different individuals and teams. The candidate will regularly collect, compile, and consolidate information from a variety of sources into trackers, checklists, and reports. The candidate is expected to contribute lessons learned to Tesla's global standards. Kickoff to Closeout accountability for multiple simultaneous manufacturing engineering projects Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders such as New Product Introduction, Manufacturing Engineering, Controls Engineering, vendors, etc.
through all project phases:

  • $151,200/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
