- Develop new business opportunities within custom metal fabrication and contract manufacturing.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, engineers, purchasing professionals, and project managers.
- Review customer drawings and specifications to determine manufacturing feasibility.
- Create and modify CAD models and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks.
- Design fixtures and manufacturing solutions to improve production efficiency.
- Work closely with estimating, engineering, and production teams to develop competitive quotations.
- Assist customers from concept through production, providing technical guidance throughout the project.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives involving automation and manufacturing processes.
- Represent ASA professionally at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in metal fabrication, machining, or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of welding, forming, machining, and fabrication processes.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD design.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Experience selling custom manufacturing or contract fabrication projects is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and driven to achieve results. Preferred Experience
- Fixture design and manufacturing process development.
- Automation or robotic welding knowledge.
- Estimating or project management experience.
- Existing relationships within manufacturing, industrial, or OEM markets. What We Offer

Pay:
