Job Description
## Standard Job Description Manages multiple manufacturing planning, material management and support activities within the Mission Systems and Weapons (MSW) scope in the Owego, NY factory. This position will lead a team responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions for these programs. This may include but not limited to, Make, Buy, Bill of Material (BOM) Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Warehousing and Shipping. Over see production systems integrity and drives inventory optimization to meet cost and schedule commitments within the factory. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Overall strategic coordination for MSW program impacts in the Owego factory from 1LMX process changes, supporting the schedule mitigation actions required during the SAP migration at the end of 2027. ## Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence/lead people
- Understand lean manufacturing concepts and flow
- Ability to work cross-funactionally
- Ability to manage conflicts in a fast-paced environment
- SAP/COS experience & skills
- Bachelors degree or equivelant experience/combined education with 10+ years of professional experiece; or 8 years of professional experience with a related masters degree ## Desired Skills
- Program Production Control experience
- Diverse set of Lockheed Martin Program experience
- RMS Production Operations experience
- Green or Black Belt certified
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
