Azuria.com Summary of Position The Plant Manager will report to the Vice President of Manufacturing and will be an integral part of our Supply Chain Team working daily with our Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Fleet Administration, and Finance teams. The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the WetOut Manufacturing facility, including safety, quality, production, cost, delivery, workforce management, inventory, equipment, and continuous improvement. The Plant Manager will lead the plant team to safely and efficiently produce high-quality liners that meet customer and Field Operations requirements. This position is accountable for managing labor, materials, supplies, equipment, inventory, and other operating costs while continuously improving productivity and reducing waste. The role requires a hands-on leader who can develop people, establish accountability, improve processes, maintain operational discipline, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Logistics, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Field Operations. Supervisor Responsibility Oversee line supervisor(s), hourly manufacturing personnel and administrative resources.
