As the sole producer of key materials including marbles and OEM products, you'll play a crucial role in sustaining product excellence and operational efficacy. Your leadership will be critical in guiding a workforce of over 600 unionized employees and 60 salaried staff across multiple sites within a complex and high-visibility environment.
