Manufacturing The Production Manager will manage the production process in a 24-hour operation to achieve company goals for safety, quality, and production. The Production Manager will foster an environment of continuous improvement, monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs, while generating revenue by developing and delivering innovative processes. This individual will also provide process-wide technical support, as well as implement company/industry wide initiatives, policies and goals. Key Responsibilities Establish and enforce the production schedule Manage direct labor budget Ensure all employees safety and Safe Quality Food policies are strictly adhered to Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained Coordinate plant's training program, including the deployment and execution of the AskApp Manage 5 Production Supervisors, overseeing 4 production crews Establish a working environment which promotes the importance of employees acting with integrity and in an ethical manner Ensure the execution of key internal controls within the area of responsibility Demonstrate commitment to the Ardagh core values and policies and procedures Requirements Minimum 4 years college or equivalent managerial experience Ability to communicate effectively with customers, manufacturers and employees Computer aptitude including MS Office or similar, and SAP Beverage can manufacturing experience is highly desired About Ardagh Metal Packaging Ardagh Metal Packaging (AMP) is a leading supplier of sustainable, infinitely recyclable metal beverage cans to brand owners globally.
