Onsite, Lexington, OHWhat You'll DoProduction Planning, Scheduling and Execution:
Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demandEnsure efficient utilization of resources to achieve production targetsDrive operational efficiency through data-driven decision making and performance metricsManage facility operating budget and cost control initiativesProcess Improvement:
Lead facility-level Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiativesImplement and sustain 5S methodology across all production areasDevelop and monitor KPIs for productivity improvements and waste reductionCoach supervisors and team leads on problem-solving methodologiesManage employee suggestion programs and improvement initiativesCoordinate cross-functional improvement teamsEnsure proper documentation and standardization of improvement activitiesHealth and Safety Leadership:
Ensure a safe working environment through the implementation of safety protocolsComply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including compliance with AIB and BRC Standards and Standard Operating ProceduresChampion a zero-incident safety culture through visible leadershipConduct regular safety walks and hazard assessmentsDrive incident investigation and corrective action implementationMonitor and act on leading and lagging safety indicatorsPeople Leadership:
Build, develop, and lead high-performing manufacturing teamsFoster a culture of ownership, accountability, teamwork, and continuous learningModel and reinforce company values through daily actionsMaintain transparent communication across all shiftsImplement recognition programs for outstanding performanceLead team-building activities and celebrate successesEnsure fair and consistent application of policiesIdentify and mentor high-potential employeesCross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner effectively with Technical, Sales, Quality, and Finance teamsCoordinate with supply chain partners on inventory managementEngage with maintenance teams on equipment reliability programsPartner with HR on workforce development initiativesCollaborate with EHS team on compliance and safety programsWhat Youll BringEducation:
Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related technical fieldWork Experience:
5+ years of manufacturing experience with 2+ years in a supervisory roleDemonstrated track record of implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiativesBackground in regulatory compliance and safety managementExperience with lean manufacturing principles and quality management systemsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrated success in implementing continuous improvement methodologiesStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and production systemsProven track record of achieving production and safety goalsExcellent leadership, analytical, and communication skillsProficiency in data analysis and performance metricsCompensation & Benefits Total Rewards:
