Opportunity Summary :
For over 100 years our client has been providing outstanding customer service and high-quality custom metal fabricated products and services to the construction industry. At this time they seek to add a Plant Manager to be responsible for the overall performance of their custom fabrication operation in Magnolia, OH. This position will also work closely with detailing, estimating, project management, purchasing, logistics, and field operations teams to ensure every project is fabricated accurately, delivered on time, and exceeds customer expectations. They seek someone who enjoys developing people, improving systems, solving operational challenges, and building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
