RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall management and budgetary responsibility for all injection, core prep and NDT operations in the front end of operations Manage new employee training and coordinate with Training Supervisor Maintain a safe working environment and assure compliance with all EHS requirements Ensure adherence to process control procedures, operating instructions, and all quality control instructions Responsible for manufacturing methods improvement, productivity improvements and quality/scrap improvements Coordination with Human Resources the staffing and personnel deployment decisions Plan and execute daily manufacturing schedule for schedule compliance Coordinate efforts of Supervisors and Department Leads to solve problems, improve quality, and reduce scrap Direct efforts to increase labor utilization and reduce costs Ensures a team environment and motivates employees by maintaining a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner Interaction with Mold Masters internal support organizations (i.e. engineering, maintenance, 6S & quality) in connection with departmental initiatives Mange operations within a three shift facility Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 5 years experience in Manufacturing Operations Minimum of 3 years experience in Manufacturing Direct Supervision Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience in Investment Casting industry preferred Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
