We are now accepting resumes for a Production Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties Requirements and Job Related Skills:
  • Production Planning
  • Production Control
  • minimize costs and production waste.
  • Quality Control
  • While speed and cost are of the essence, quality is most important.
  • Work Completion Measurements
  • Motivate, Support and Provide guidance to production staff.
  • Ensure all safety standards are met.
  • Communication with management regarding problems and issues.
  • Good organization skills; ability to manage multiple shops; set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Detail oriented
  • Customer focused with ability to work effectively with team members throughout the company.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to use small hand tools
  • Read and understand component maintenance manuals Qualifications and Skills 18
  • 24 months FAA Part 145 experience is required Must have held an FAA Repairman's Certificate or current FAA A&P license.
A&P Preferred Benefits Starting salary will be determined on an individual basis, in accordance with successful candidate's relevant skill set and work experience. Medical, Dental and Vision offered 401
