Responsibilities and Duties Requirements and Job Related Skills:
- Production Planning
- Production Control
- minimize costs and production waste.
- Quality Control
- While speed and cost are of the essence, quality is most important.
- Work Completion Measurements
- Motivate, Support and Provide guidance to production staff.
- Ensure all safety standards are met.
- Communication with management regarding problems and issues.
- Good organization skills; ability to manage multiple shops; set priorities and meet deadlines
- Detail oriented
- Customer focused with ability to work effectively with team members throughout the company.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to use small hand tools

- 24 months FAA Part 145 experience is required Must have held an FAA Repairman's Certificate or current FAA A&P license.
