This Leadership Development Program is designed for individuals beginning their professional careers. Candidates must have completed, or will complete, the required educational credentials prior to the program start date. This program is intended for candidates at an early career stage. Current students seeking an experiential learning opportunity while continuing their studies should consider our internship and co-op programs. Bachelor's degree: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related programs Available to begin full-time employment in early July 2027 A strong desire to transform the manufacturing industry through emersion in the manufacturing process Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be willing and able to relocate domestically for each rotation (relocation assistance is provided if relocating more than 50 miles from your permanent address) and travel as required by the program. Your first rotation will be assigned approximately two to three months before your January start date. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without the need for current or future company sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications:
Prior internship or work experience in a manufacturing setting Prior experience with Siemens and/or Siemens technology Leadership or cross-functional experience through campus organizations, extracurriculars, or employmentRedaction Notice:
