Manager Salary:
$90,000 - $120,000 per year Job Details -
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across multiple product lines and manufacturing processes. Establish and maintain production plans and schedules to meet customer delivery commitments. Monitor and improve key manufacturing metrics, including: Production output and throughput On-time completion and delivery Quality and rework Labor efficiency and productivity Manufacturing costs Manage production capacity, workflow, staffing, equipment, and material requirements. Develop and implement standardized processes, procedures, and performance expectations. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, cost, and delivery performance. Maintain accurate manufacturing inventory and ensure inventory records accurately reflect physical inventory. Partner with Purchasing and other departments to support material availability and production requirements. Lead, develop, and coach manufacturing supervisors, leads, and production employees. Experience 10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience preferred. 5+ years of experience leading supervisors, team leads, or production teams preferred. Experience managing manufacturing operations in a custom, build-to-order, or mixed-product environment. Proven track record of improving production efficiency, delivery performance, quality, and/or manufacturing costs. Experience with production scheduling, capacity planning, inventory management, and workflow optimization.
