Bachelor's degree preferred 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience with current P&L ownership
Ideal Profile:
Proven Plant Manager or senior operations leader with P&L accountability in a high-mix, process-driven manufacturing environment Understanding of casting, melting, and/or metallurgical processes Strong track record driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance in demanding production settings Hands-on leader with success implementing Lean, Six Sigma, 6S, and TOC to improve throughput, reduce scrap, and optimize flow
Responsibilities:
