+ Excellent Benefits Package Are you a Plant Manager or experienced Production Manager from a high-volume manufacturing background, looking to take full ownership of two manufacturing facilities at an industry-leading organization? On offer is an excellent opportunity to put your own stamp on a true market-leader, leading large-scale manufacturing operations while developing large teams, improving performance, and driving operational excellence across two local facilities. This company are a global leader within their industry, with manufacturing facilities across the world and an excellent reputation for investing in their people. They offer extensive training and long-term opportunities to progress across their wider organization. In this role, you will oversee two local manufacturing facilities with approximately 275 employees, taking ownership of safety, quality, production, cost, people, and plant performance. You will lead Production Managers and Supervisors while maintaining a strong shop-floor presence, particularly during your first six months, to build relationships and drive improvements across the workforce. This role would suit a Plant Manager or experienced Production Manager from a high-volume manufacturing environment, looking to take ownership of large-scale operations and make a significant impact within a global organization.

The Role:

Lead two local high-volume manufacturing facilities with approximately 275 employees Take ownership of safety, quality, production, cost, people, KPIs, and overall operational performance Lead and develop Production Managers and Supervisors while maintaining strong visibility on the shop floor

The Person:

Plant Manager, Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager, or similar manufacturing leader Experience leading large teams within high-volume manufacturing; 50+ employee leadership experience considered Experience around large industrial equipment, ideally within metals, wire, metal forming, or similar heavy manufacturing
