full-time Plant Manager - Injection Molding This is the senior operational leader for a 24/7 manufacturing facility within a global plastics organization. The Plant Manager has full responsibility for plant performance across manufacturing, production, maintenance, warehousing, tooling, safety, facilities, and quality. This role owns site-level strategy and execution, partnering directly with the COO while leading a 100+ employee operation. This is a broad, high-accountability leadership position with full P&L responsibility and long-term capacity planning ownership.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead all plant operations including production, maintenance, warehousing, tooling, quality, safety, and facilities Drive manufacturing performance aligned with quality, delivery, and cost targets Own P&L results for the site Oversee capital planning, equipment investment, and inventory strategy Establish short- and long-term operational goals including capacity planning and site optimization Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and HR Build and develop the manufacturing leadership team Strengthen operational discipline, reliability, and continuous improvement efforts

BACKGROUND THEY'RE TARGETING

15+ years of progressive operations leadership experience Prior plant management experience in a 70+ employee manufacturing environment Experienced with P&L ownership Injection Molding experience highly preferred Lean manufacturing or TPM exposure preferred This role is based onsite in the Greater Pittsburgh, PA region.
