Improve performance. Build a strong team. A manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee its manufacturing operation in the Philadelphia area. This position offers the opportunity to have a direct impact on production, workforce performance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strong floor-level leader who understands how to balance production demands with quality, safety, staffing, and cost. Key Responsibilities Direct overall manufacturing activity and daily production priorities Establish clear expectations for productivity, quality, and performance Evaluate production needs and make adjustments to staffing and workflow Address operational challenges and implement practical solutions Develop employees and strengthen the overall production team Monitor plant performance and identify opportunities for improvement Work with senior leadership on operational goals and business priorities Maintain an organized, safe, and productive manufacturing environment Ideal Background Demonstrated success managing manufacturing operations Experience overseeing production, staffing, and operational performance Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production environments Comfortable working directly with supervisors and production employees Strong organizational and analytical abilities Effective communicator with the ability to work across multiple levels of an organization Results-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement If you are ready to take ownership of a manufacturing operation and make a measurable impact, we would like to hear from you.
