Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Plant Manager in training to join their team. As a Plant Manager in training, you will be part of the operations team supporting production and management efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with Saturday hours as needed What's the Job? Work alongside the current manager to learn daily operations and management skills Assist in training employees to ensure safety and efficiency standards are met Handle customer orders and coordinate with the team to fulfill production requirements Perform light maintenance on machinery and tooling to maintain optimal performance Support overall plant operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity What's Needed? Ability to work in a hands-on environment with a willingness to learn Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Comfortable wearing steel or composite toe boots Dress code: jeans/shorts and T-shirt, comfortable but appropriate attire No drug or background checks required What's in it for me?
