Demonstrated success in scaling operations while maintaining control and performance stability. Experience & Education Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or related field. 15+ years in industrial manufacturing operations; 5+ years leading multiple plants. Build and Sustain GREAT Factories Create high-performance environments defined by strong leadership, engaged employees, visual management, and standard work discipline. Routinely assess plant maturity and take decisive action to elevate underperforming operations. Deliver Throughput and Operational Targets Ensure each facility reliably meets or exceeds production output, on-time delivery, and cost commitments. Remove bottlenecks, improve flow, and drive productivity with a hands-on, results-first approach. Lead Plant Managers with High Expectations Hold plant leadership fully accountable for performance while actively coaching and developing them.
