Raytheon is seeking an Associate Director, Factory Operations Manager for the Andover Effectors Factory to join the Subsystems and Final Integration Product Center leadership team. In this role, you will lead and develop an organization of over 150 employees across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enabling cross-functional collaboration. The Factory Operations Manager provides leadership across the multi‑disciplined Effectors team, coordinating manufacturing resources and strategies to support ongoing operations for cost, quality, and schedule performance. This role ensures operational excellence throughout the manufacturing lifecycle—from planning and production through shipment and customer support. You will champion Enterprise Collaboration by bringing forward best‑in‑class solutions that drive innovation, advanced manufacturing capabilities, sustained growth, and affordability. The candidate must be capable of working beyond the typical 40-hour work week. What You Will Do Oversee Subassembly and Forebody deliveries associated with production of the Patriot GEM-T missile in Andover. Partner closely with the programs and customers to ensure alignment and accountability at all levels. Operate in a fast‑paced, customer‑ and program‑driven environment while enabling strategic growth, including regular interaction with senior leaders across Raytheon Operations and other functions. Serve as part of the Raytheon Sensors Operations extended leadership team, working cohesively with other directorates within Operations and Supply Chain. Lead performance management activities including goal setting, career development, compensation planning, and employee training/talent development, while managing employee relations across the organization. Build and support strong cross-functional teams, drawing on leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, program management, or similar roles within complex product domains, high‑technology environments, or large corporate settings. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years' experience. Prior Management or Leadership experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Production, and/or Quality. The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
