Pre Cast Plant Manager / Sales Leader

About Us Hybrid Building Solutions Precast Plant Manager who will also play a key role in sales and customer development . Position Overview The Precast Plant Manager / Sales Leader is responsible for overseeing day-to-day plant operations while actively supporting and growing sales. This role requires both strong operational leadership and the ability to work directly with customers, engineers, and contractors to deliver value-driven precast solutions. Key Responsibilities Plant Operations Manage daily production operations, scheduling, and workflow of the precast facility Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Supervise plant personnel, including production, yard, and maintenance teams Coordinate inventory, raw materials, equipment, and maintenance activities Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and cost control Sales & Business Development Support and grow precast sales Build and maintain relationships with contractors and engineers Assist with estimating, pricing, and proposal development as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience in precast concrete manufacturing or related construction/materials industry Proven experience managing plant operations and leading teams Solid understanding of precast products, production methods, and quality control Sales experience or strong customer-facing background preferred Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to balance operational responsibilities with sales objectives Preferred Skills NPCA certification or experience working in NPCA-certified plants Estimating or project management experience Knowledge of DOT and municipal precast markets Proficiency with production planning or ERP systems Minium 10

Hour OSHA Pay:

From $33.00 per hour
