The Sales Manager will continue to manage their strong existing book of business, work to add new accounts, lead strategic projects and coordinate with new product development. Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing existing relationships/accounts and bringing in new business Accountable for being the main point of contact and resource between customers and internal pricing for customers as well as the development of pricing for new clients. Identify opportunities for continuous enhancement, fostering a culture of perpetual refinement and growth within the sales department. Take part in the sales budgeting process, providing accurate sales forecasts for assigned customers to facilitate strategic business decision-making. Manage new and existing customer leads for assigned customers, along with new product initiatives, following project management principles and driving through to a successful result. Foster and maintain enduring partnerships with key clients Coordinate with other sales team members to define, track, and provide proactive insights regarding KPIs to measure sales effectiveness and efficiency. Ensures a high standard of customer satisfaction Identify and create new opportunities and analyze business results and seek growth opportunities. Investigate product/service claims and ensure the resolution of assigned customer complaints. Stay up-to-date of market trends and competitor pricing Coordinate with management to increase industry presence through selecting, preparing for, and attending trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to increase company and brand awareness.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in sales or marketing roles MUST have sales experience in a manufacturing environment with private label/contract manufacturing Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel Must have strong organizational skills Strong account management skills with the ability to seek, close and maintain a book of clients Ability to travel 35% of the year

$80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
