Workstream Leadership

• Lead PP and QM workstreams in

SAP S/4HANA

transformation programs (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition).

• Own end-to-end delivery of Plan-to-Produce, Production Execution, and Quality processes.
• Act as the primary escalation point for PP / QM-related topics. Solution Design & Delivery
• Drive solution design and hands-on configuration for: o

SAP PP:

Demand Management, MRP, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Capacity Planning, Production Orders o

SAP QM:

Inspection Planning, Inspection Types, Results Recording, Usage Decisions, Quality Notifications

• Ensure adoption of S/4HANA manufacturing and quality simplifications and innovations.
• Guide decisions on Discrete vs Process Manufacturing scenarios. S/4HANA Transformation Activities
• Lead Fit-to-Standard (F2S) workshops and business process harmonization.
• Assess and manage custom code (RICEFW) impacts for PP / QM in S/4HANA.
• Lead manufacturing and quality master data conversion and validation activities. Integration & Cross-Module Coordination
• Coordinate closely with MM, WM/EWM, SD, PM, and FI/CO teams.
• Ensure seamless integration across Procure-to-Produce and Make-to-Deliver processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, CPI, interfaces) on enhancements and integrations. Testing, Cutover & Go-Live
• Lead unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution for PP / QM.
• Own cutover planning for production orders, batches, and inspection lots.
• Provide go-live and hypercare support, ensuring manufacturing stability. Governance & Team Leadership
• Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology, project standards, and documentation.
• Review and approve functional designs, configurations, and test artifacts.
• Mentor PP / QM consultants and support knowledge transfer.

SAP PP / QM

Expertise

• 10-12+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in: o SAP PP (Discrete and/or Process Manufacturing) o SAP QM
• At least 2-3 full-cycle

SAP S/4HANA

transformation projects in a Lead role.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes. S/4HANA & Manufacturing Knowledge
• Experience with: o S/4HANA MRP and production execution simplifications o QM integration with MM and PP o Batch Management, Serial Numbers, and Inspection Lot Processing
• Exposure to Advanced Planning (PP/DS, IBP) is an advantage. Leadership & Delivery Skills
• Proven experience leading PP / QM delivery in large SAP programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in global onshore-offshore delivery models. ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Activate methodology
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, or Consumer Goods
