Job Description
## The group you'll be a part of Global Planning & Operations (GP&O), connects end-to-end planning, order management, and execution to deliver products to customers with speed, quality, and predictability. It brings together planning, inventory, order management, and order execution capabilities into a unified global operating model that drives operational excellence and enables scalable growth across Lam's factory network. ## The impact you'll make As the Sr. Program Manager of Global Pilot Order Execution, you are responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of pilot orders across the global manufacturing network, ensuring disciplined execution that delivers to customer need and enables rapid, predictable transitions to volume production. This leader drives a globally standardized operating model, aligns pilot execution with High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) requirements, and partners across Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Operations to ensure successful pilot outcomes. The role is accountable for global execution predictability, risk management, operational readiness, and continuous improvement from pilot through production ramp. ## What you'll do
- Establish and drive a globally standardized pilot order execution framework across all manufacturing sites.
- Ensure pilot plans are aligned with customer commitments, product readiness, and manufacturing capability.
- Capture and institutionalize lessons learned from pilot programs.
- Partner with Global Operations Global Pilot roles in Manufacturing, Planning, and Supply Chain to drive cross-functional alignment and faster issue resolution
- Drive execution excellence through ownership of Pilot Order KPI performance.
- Identify systemic issues and drive continuous improvement to enhance customer delivery experience and operational efficiency.
- Build and scale organizational capability, fostering a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture. ## Who we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, or operations roles within a global, matrixed environment
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and customer outcomes at scale
- Strong problem-solving capability with experience driving structured root-cause methodologies (e.g., 8D)
- Deep understanding of NPI manufacturing operations and end-to-end order execution processes
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Proven ability to operate under pressure and manage high-impact, time-sensitive issues ## Preferred qualifications
- Experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or similarly complex global industries
- Experience leading transformation initiatives and building scalable operating models
- Track record of improving customer delivery performance and operational efficiency
