Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including PPE use and heavy lifting procedures. Familiarity with GMP regulations and maintaining compliance within manufacturing settings. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and foster a positive work environment. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Physical capability for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods as required by the role.
