This position reports to:
Americas Operations Manager __ Your role and responsibilities: As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of multiple US Manufacturing sites, specifically, the Modernization and Parts business unit within the Electrification Service Division in Florence, SC. This role includes production, engineering, procurement, quality, continuous improvement and logistics, in multiple locations. This is an on-site position based in Florence, SC. This role is contributing to the Electrical Service Division in the Americas Region. You will be mainly accountable for: Drive manufacturing strategy by implementing global/local plans, improving technology and capabilities, and executing continuous improvement to boost profitability, quality, and operational effectiveness. Lead multi‑site operations to achieve targets for revenue, EBITA%, cash flow, OTD, productivity, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction while ensuring strong sourcing, logistics, and supplier performance. Champion safety, compliance, and standards by embedding HSE, integrity, and quality requirements across all sites and ensuring adherence to global/local policies, tools, and processes. Build and develop high‑performing teams through effective organizational design, talent development, leadership appointments, and participation in strategic planning, budgeting, and long‑term capability building.Qualifications for the role:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration or technical field, advanced degree desirable, with 15+ years of experience in operations, with experience in manufacturing and multiply lines in production. Experience in service business, specific knowledge of Electrification business and products. Prior experience with high mix, low volume product lines in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated leadership capability with a history of change management. Ability to travel to multiple sites around 25% of the time, or as needed.More about us:
