Manufacturing Manager
Job Description
Job Description The Manufacturing Manager owns the day-to-day execution of manufacturing activities and ensures effective use of Control Plans, Standard Work, and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) to establish process stability, consistency, and control. The role also supports and executes manufacturing initiatives aligned with the organization's 1-3-year strategic plan. Core Responsibilities

- Lead, develop, and coach front-line leaders to achieve department and business objectives.
- Provide leadership and accountability for daily manufacturing operations.
- Drive a zero-injury workplace through strong safety leadership and adherence to established processes.
- Ensure effective execution of Control Plans, Standard Work, and JSAs.
- Establish and maintain stable, controlled, and repeatable manufacturing processes.
- Lead initiatives that improve safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost performance.
- Develop and execute manufacturing strategies supporting the 1-3-year business plan.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of new processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational problems using structured problem-solving methods.
- Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- Bachelor's degree preferred in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering, or Business.
- 2-5 years of proven manufacturing leadership experience.
- 3+ years of technical problem-solving experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop front-line leaders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience with strategic planning and execution of new processes.
- Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
- Strong analytical, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
