full-time Manufacturing Manager Insight Global is Hiring | Goose Creek, SC | On-Site | Permanent Insight Global is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to join a leading industrial manufacturing organization in the Goose Creek, SC area. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, developing frontline leaders, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent production performance.

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $150,000 + bonus What You'll Do Lead and develop production supervisors and frontline leaders Drive a strong safety culture and support a zero-injury environment Ensure execution of standardized work, process controls, and safety procedures Improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and operational performance Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on continuous improvement Identify and resolve manufacturing issues using structured problem-solving methods Support strategic manufacturing initiatives and operational goals Build accountability and operational excellence across the production team What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or a related field preferred 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience 3+ years of experience solving technical or operational challenges in a manufacturing environment Experience leading supervisors, team leads, or hourly production teams Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Experience driving improvements in safety, quality, and productivity Ability to lead cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives Preferred Backgrounds Candidates from the following environments are highly encouraged to apply: Metals and materials manufacturing Heavy industrial manufacturing Building products Paper and packaging Chemical manufacturing Continuous process manufacturing Ideal Experience Lean Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Root Cause Analysis Standard Work Safety Leadership Production Management Operational Excellence Process Improvement If you're interested in leading high-impact manufacturing operations and helping drive facility performance, we'd love to connect.
