Job Description
Please submit resume and also come and apply in person (Monday-Friday, 8am-3pm) Responsible and accountable for all aspects of plant performance and will ensure that objectives are attained in a cost-effective manner consistent with quality and delivery requirements. He or she will also delegate authority to and hold accountable key operations. Team members manage all functions involved and provide clear communication and KPIs to all involved in direct and indirect operations in the plant(s).

Qualifications & Skills Required:
Production and Processing — Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective and efficient manufacturing and distribution of goods. Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Analyze data to construct and inform operational decisions or activities. Develop organizational methods or procedures. Direct organizational operations, projects, or services. Coordinating with sales department, marketing, or customer service activities. Implement organizational processes and enforce all standard operating policies.
