full-time Responsibilities Support deployment and execution of TQPS (Total Quality Production System) initiatives across manufacturing facilities while helping drive continuous improvement strategies Lead and facilitate employee training, coaching, and mentoring programs focused on Lean Manufacturing, TQPS methodologies, and operational excellence Drive employee engagement by promoting TQPS principles, supporting PDCA initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement Identify waste reduction opportunities, improve process efficiency, develop standardized work practices, and support cost-saving initiatives Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and TQPS standards while maintaining accurate documentation, KPI tracking, and implementation records Coach teams on 5S, continuous improvement activities, suggestion programs, and operational excellence tools to sustain long-term performance improvements Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Lean Manufacturing knowledge with Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma certification preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Proven experience applying Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies Strong leadership, team development, and problem-solving skills
Salary:
