This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll drive sourcing strategy, material availability, inventory performance, and supplier partnerships that directly impact production and business success. We're seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead purchasing, planning, warehouse, receiving, shipping, and inventory control operations within an electronics manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring material availability, optimizing inventory levels, managing supplier relationships, and supporting production schedules. Key Responsibilities Lead purchasing, planning, warehouse, receiving, shipping, and inventory control functions Ensure material availability while optimizing inventory and working capital Develop sourcing, procurement, and inventory management strategies Purchase electronic components, PCBs, metals, wire, and MRO materials Negotiate supplier pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance Oversee forecasting, production planning, inventory control, and cycle counting activities Drive cost reduction, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Sales teams Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred 5+ years of supply chain, materials management, procurement, or leadership experience in electronics manufacturing Experience purchasing electronic components, PCBs, metals, wire, and MRO materials Experience with production planning, forecasting, inventory management, and ERP/MRP systems Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM experience preferred Knowledge of ISO, ESD, and ITAR-regulated environments Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO + Holidays 401(k) plan with company match Wellness program For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
